Three weeks. That is the summer shutdown window we had to completely replace the powder coating booth of an agricultural equipment manufacturer in the Rhône: dismantle the old one, reassemble the new one and commission it.
A project of this size cannot be caught up. The dismantling of the old installation, the unloading of the new one and the assembly have to follow one another without downtime, and the application trials have to be done before the return to production. They were carried out on site with the SAMES teams, manufacturer of the application equipment.

The result
✓ A booth entirely replaced within the summer shutdown window. ✓ Application trials validated with the equipment manufacturer. ✓ A line restarted on the planned date.
