Assembly and installation of an automatic powder coating booth · Commissioning carried out with WAGNER

A summer project. At Altrad Saint-Denis, in the Loire, the new WAGNER automatic powder coating booth had to be assembled and installed during the plant shutdown, to be operational at the restart.

Automatic booth, guns on axes, filter unit and cyclone: the assembly was carried out by our teams during the shutdown, and the commissioning conducted with the WAGNER teams.

What we did

Preparation
Site survey, schedule set on the summer shutdown, receipt and inspection of the equipment.

Assembly
Automatic booth, guns on axes, filter unit, cyclone and ducts, assembled with the workshop at a standstill.

Connections
Compressed air, electricity, ventilation and earthing, then checks before power-up.
4
Commissioning
Application settings and trials carried out with the WAGNER teams, before the return to production.

The result

✓ An automatic booth installed within the summer shutdown window. ✓ A commissioning conducted with the manufacturer. ✓ Long-term follow-up: CREDO remains the site's contact for maintenance and parts.
